Despite a steep drop in September, the dollar volume of real estate sales in and around this upscale resort town was still 12.5 percent higher in the first nine months of 2006 than the same period a year ago, a title company said.

Its been a busy year in real estate 
Theres been quite a bit of action in the Meadow Lake real estate market throughout 2006. There have been for sale signs popping up throughout town all year, and just as quickly many of them are being covered with a SOLD sticker.
